Change Object's Layer - Layer Tools

There are other ways to change layer of object:

Change to Current Layer

Home tab > Layer panel > Change to Current Layer

 



Select the objects you want to change to current layer, then press [Enter]

Copy Objects to New Layer

Home tab > Layer panel > Copy Objects to New Layer

Select the object you want to copy, press [Enter]
Select object on destination layer or click Name option on command line

Select the destination layer, OK
Press [Enter], the new copies will be on top of the origin
