Set up the Ribbon as the project need
Open the necessary Palettes for the project
Remove any Tabs, Panels you no need for the project
Arrange them in the easy access manner
Quick Access Toolbar > Workspace > Save Current As
Input the new Workspace name
Workspace Settings
Quick Access Toolbar > Workspace > Workspace Settings
You can arrange the display order or Add Separator
