Jogline Dimension - Annotate tab
If the object is too long, and no detail in between, usually you just draw in partial length, but need to dimension in full length
Select the dimension, edit in the Quick Properties palette
Annotate tab > Dimension panel > Jogline
Select the dimension, then pick the position for the jog
Select the dimension, edit in the Quick Properties palette
