You can break the dimension
Annotate tab > Dimension panel > Break
Select the dimension you want to be break, the select other
The 2nd dimension onward you select will break the 1st selected dimension

Break Dimension - Annotate tab
If 2 or more dimensions overlap each other, or the dimension overlap the object
You can break the dimension
Annotate tab > Dimension panel > Break
Select the dimension you want to be break, the select other
